Recommendations for unpacking our cushions (excluding poufs and inflatable products)
Opening of the package
- Do not use sharp utensils when unpacking, as this could damage the fabric of your products.
- The majority of our items are vacuum packed to ensure their quality during transport.
Patients 24 to 48h
- Our products being vacuum packed, their shape may take 24 to 48 hours to regain their original appearance.
- If necessary, shake and stir the cushions to evenly distribute the filling.

Filling of the pouf
Our poufs use polystyrene beads or foam. Consult the online instruction manual.
